  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red onion, turkey bacon, chicken ham, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
