8 ounces udon noodles
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 bell pepper, sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
Cook udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
Add cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
